If you are not satisfied with TimeIt360 for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@kvalabs.com with your registered email and school name
  2. We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours
  3. Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method

After 30 Days

After the 30-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, which will:

  • Stop auto-renewal for the next billing cycle
  • Allow you to continue using the Service until the end of your current subscription period
  • Not entitle you to a prorated refund for the remaining period

Promo Code Purchases

Subscriptions purchased with a promotional discount are eligible for the same 30-day refund guarantee. The refund amount will be the amount actually paid (after discount).

Free Promo Codes (100% Discount)

Subscriptions activated with a free promo code (100% off) do not involve a payment and therefore are not eligible for a monetary refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method used during purchase. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider, typically 5-7 business days after processing.
