Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TimeIt360 platform (“Service”), operated by KVA Labs (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.


1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to act on behalf of a school or educational institution to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you represent that you have the authority to bind your institution to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being misused.

3. Description of Service

TimeIt360 is a cloud-based school timetable management platform. The Service allows schools to manage teachers, subjects, grades, bell schedules, and generate timetables. The Service is provided “as is” and we continuously work to improve it.

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Plans: We offer annual (1-year) and biennial (2-year) subscription plans. Current pricing is displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
  • Payment: Payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service.
  • GST: All prices are exclusive of GST (18%) unless stated otherwise, as applicable under Indian tax law.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of the subscription period. You will be notified before renewal and may cancel at any time.
  • Promo Codes: Promotional discounts are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. Promo codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 30 days of payment, you may request a full refund by contacting us at support@kvalabs.com. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current subscription period. See our Refund Policy for complete details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of KVA Labs and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal school administration purposes only.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service (teacher information, subject data, timetable configurations, etc.).

8. Your Data

  • Ownership: You own all data you enter into the Service. We do not claim any ownership over your school's data.
  • Export: You may export your data at any time during an active subscription.
  • Deletion: Upon account termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for recovery. After that period, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
  • Privacy: Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. AI Features

The Service includes AI-powered features (chat assistant, intent classification). These features use third-party AI models. Your inputs to AI features may be processed by these third-party services. We do not send personally identifiable information to AI providers — only anonymized operational queries related to timetable management.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • In no event shall KVA Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KVA Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party
  • Any data or content you input into the Service

13. Termination

  • By you: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.
  • Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration being New Delhi, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.

16. Grievance Officer

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, the Grievance Officer for the purpose of these Terms is:
